We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
-Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
-You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free, downloadable return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact us immediately if the item is:
-Defective
-Damaged
-Incorrect
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
-Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
-Custom or personalized products
-Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
-Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
-Gift cards
-Final sale items

Exchanges
Need a different size or product?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition (unworn, unused, with tags) and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
